How can I return a product?

Sorry! Offers free returns for all products purchased on pardon.net. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. This period increases to 90 days if you have the Pardon! Loyalty card. Items must be returned to PARDON! CREATION INTERNATIONAL in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and duly sealed. Can I return a product after the 30 days deadline?

Sorry! does not allow returns after 30 days. Unless you have the Pardon! Loyalty card, this period increases to 90 days.

Can I exchange one item for another?

Currently pardon.net does not allow online exchanges. However, our customer service team are on hand to assist you with your return and place a new order over the phone or in store.
